At Stylehubs.us, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return Period: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging, tags, and protective materials

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Non-defective items may be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria above

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Stylehubs.us does not charge any restocking fees

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stylehubs.us.

  • Stylehubs.us will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items

  • Customers may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund

4. Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stylehubs.us to request a return authorization

  2. After approval, ship the item using a trackable shipping service

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • We currently do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We recommend retaining tracking information, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items

  • To exchange an item, the original item must be returned first

  • Once the return is approved, you may:

    • Place a new order for the replacement item, or

    • Contact our support team for assistance with a direct exchange

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund

  • Orders that are already in processing or have been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Personal care items
