At StyleHubs, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy outlined below. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled on our store.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and protective materials

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • StyleHubs does not charge restocking fees.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email our support team at support@stylehubs.us

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost

  • You may choose either a replacement item or a full refund

4. Return Shipping Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stylehubs.us

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as StyleHubs cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

To exchange a product:

  • First return the original item according to this policy.

  • Once the return is approved, you may:

    • Place a new order for the desired item, or

    • Contact our support team to assist with an exchange.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. In such cases, the item must go through the standard return process after delivery.

7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our support team.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Items marked as final sale
